I had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The room was cozy with a very comfy king bed and a spacious veranda, although with limited privacy from the adjoining guest's balcony. The service was exceptional, though could benefit from some additional hospitality training. The location was perfect, surrounded by beautiful gardens and close to everything in Hepburn Springs. The dining experience, included in our rate, was delightful with sweet products. The facilities were great, too.

The privacy of the twin spa is protected by some bushes. The service was exceptional, though some additional training in hospitality could be beneficial. The location is beautifully set in pleasant gardens with lovely artwork in the rooms. The dining experience includes Colombian coffee. The hotel offers clean and comfortable rooms but lacks privacy in some areas. The staff provides great service, and the location is convenient with beautiful surroundings. The dining experience is satisfactory, and the hotel facilities are well-maintained.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The room was cozy and the king bed was incredibly comfy. The tub was gorgeous, and I appreciated the great finishing touches. I also had a small balcony overlooking charming tin roofs, adding to the overall charm of the room. The service was top-notch, with exceptional treatment overall, though some staff members could benefit from additional hospitality training. The location was perfect, surrounded by beautiful gardens that added to the tranquil atmosphere of the area. On-site dining was included in our rate, although the menu was a bit limited with only white rice available. The facilities were well-maintained and added to the comfort of my stay, making it a great value for the price paid.
